do you ship overseas?
yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
how long will it take to get my order?
it depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
what shipping carriers do you use?
we use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
can I return my product?
we always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us at: orders@wearecolur.com directly and we’ll take you through the process.
can I get my product personalized?
it depends on the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.

how do I cancel or change my order?
once your order has been placed we are unable to change any details or cancel your order. If you made a mistake, please contact us on orders@wearecolur.com within 1 hour of your purchase and we will try and amend your order.
what if I have not received my order?
if you have not received your order, please contact orders@wearecolur.com. We are unable to raise this with postal carriers until 14 days has lapsed.
what if my order arrives and it is damaged?
in the event that your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered please contact us orders@wearecolur.com within 14 days of your purchase.
how do I make a return?
to make a return and get a refund please contact orders@weatecolur.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please note, you will be liable for the return postage fee and products must be returned in their original state and must not have been used. Refunds will be given on the product cost only, postage fees are non-refundable.
