#HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

#HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to change any details or cancel your order. If you made a mistake, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 hour of your purchase and we will try and amend your order
#WHAT IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER?
If you have not received your order, please contact email@example.com. We are unable to raise this with postal carriers until 14 days has lapsed.
#WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES AND IT IS DAMAGED?
In the event that your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of your purchase.
#HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
To make a return and get a refund please contact email@example.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please note, you will be liable for the return postage fee and products must be returned in their original state and must not have been used. Refunds will be given on the product cost only; postage fees are non-refundable.
#WHY IS MY WICK NOT STAYING LIT?
If your wick is not staying lit on its first burn, make sure you are holding the flame long enough for the wood wick to catch all the way across. For consecutive burns, make sure you are trimming the black debris off your wick after each burn. You can pinch it off with your fingers or using wick trimmers. Trimming your wick after each burn ensure a cleaner and longer lasting candle!
#WHY IS MY CANDLE TUNNELLING? (WAX BUILDUP ON THE EDGES OF THE CANDLE)
Make sure to burn the candle for 3-4 hours, or from edge to edge, during its first burn. Soy wax has a memory, and the following burns will follow this same pattern.
Tip: If the candle has begun to tunnel, wrap some tinfoil around the edge of the candle, leaving room for oxygen to escape, and let the candle burn for 3-4 hours until itself corrects.
