Only Products purchased on the www.wearecolur.com website can be returned to colur. 

For a refund or an exchange Products purchased in a department store, specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original place of purchase.

Exchange / Return

Should you make an error when ordering online, colur will gladly exchange your Product for the Product you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened, unworn, or unused, with tags and in its original sealed condition.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@wearecolur.com. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges for sending Products back to us unless they are damaged. Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The original postage charges paid by the customer will not be refunded.

In the event you react to one of our Products, you have the option of exchanging or requesting a refund.

Damaged Products

Should a Product be damaged in the processing of getting to you, colur will provide you with a full refund or exchange subject to receiving photo evidence within 48hrs. Return postage will be refunded in case of damaged, defective Product and a refund will be issued through the original method of payment.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Products

Certain types of Products cannot be returned, like personalised / customised Products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific Product.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

In all cases, original proof of purchase must be provided, and products must be returned within 14 days of receipt for colur. to process any refund or exchange. Please email hello@wearecolur.com in advance of your intention to return or exchange a product, so that we can assist you with a smooth transaction.

Please retain your postal receipt until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by colur. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package.

We will do our best to process returns within 10 working days of receipt and a refund will be issued through the original method of payment.
